Admins manage who has access to KeepSight and what role they have. Go to Admin → Team to see your current team and pending invitations.

Inviting a new user

Click Invite User, enter their email address, and select a role. KeepSight sends them an email with a secure link to set their password and log in.

You can resend or revoke pending invitations if someone didn’t receive the email or if plans changed.

Assigning roles

Each user has one role that controls what they can see and do. See Understanding Roles for details on what each role provides.

Roles are set when you send the invitation and can be changed later from the team management page.

Things to know

  • Only admins can invite users and manage roles.
  • Admin and superadmin accounts are required to set up MFA on their first login.
  • Revoking an invitation prevents the link from working, but doesn’t affect users who have already set up their account.
  • There’s no limit on the number of users you can invite.
