The waitlist view shows all clients in the Waitlist pipeline stage — ready for services but waiting on staff assignment.
What you see
Go to Waitlist in the sidebar. Each entry shows the client name, how many days they’ve been waiting, service type, priority level, region, and assigned BCBA (if any). You can sort by wait time or priority.
Moving off the waitlist
A client leaves the waitlist when they’re advanced to the Onboarding stage. This typically requires a BCBA to be assigned (the BCBA Assigned gate) and for that BCBA to be credentialed with the client’s payor (the BCBA Credentialed gate).
Things to know
- The waitlist is a filtered view, not a separate system. Clients appear here because their enrollment is at the Waitlist stage.
- Days waiting is calculated from when the client entered the Waitlist stage, not when they first entered the system.
- The dashboard’s “Waitlist Breakdown” card shows counts by service type.
