When your admin invites you to KeepSight, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to set your password and log in.
Setting up your account
Click the link in your invitation email. You’ll be prompted to create a password. Once set, you’ll be taken to the login page at your practice’s KeepSight URL (e.g., your-practice.keepsight.app).
Multi-factor authentication
Admin and superadmin accounts are required to set up MFA on first login. You’ll need an authenticator app — we recommend Google Authenticator or Authy.
- After logging in, you’ll see a QR code on screen
- Open your authenticator app and scan the QR code
- Enter the 6-digit code from the app to verify
- MFA is now active — you’ll need your authenticator code each time you log in
If you can’t scan the QR code, there’s a manual key you can type into your authenticator app instead.
Things to know
- Your session times out after 30 minutes of inactivity. You’ll need to log in again.
- After 5 failed login attempts, your account locks temporarily.
- If you lose access to your authenticator app, contact your admin to reset MFA.
