KeepSight sends notifications when something needs your attention. You’ll find them under the bell icon in the navigation bar, and some are also delivered via email.
What triggers notifications
Stage transitions — When a client moves to a new pipeline stage.
Authorization events — When an authorization is approved, denied, or approaching expiration.
SLA breaches — When a client is overdue for contact or has exceeded the expected time in a pipeline stage.
Staff events — When a BCBA is assigned, a candidate is hired, or training is completed.
Document and credential expiration — When documents or insurance credentials are approaching their expiry date.
Requisition events — When a new staffing requisition is created or filled.
Viewing notifications
Go to Notifications in the sidebar (available to all roles). Notifications are sorted newest first. Each shows a title, description, timestamp, and a link to the relevant record. You can mark them as read individually or in bulk.
Things to know
- Which notifications you receive depends on your role and how your admin has configured notification rules.
- Email notifications are sent via your practice’s configured email system.
- Notifications are informational — they tell you something happened. The workbench is where you take action.
